What is e-design?​
E-design is an online design service where the process is conducted virtually. Once we understand your needs and vision for your space, we will do the rest of the work and provide you with a custom design plan.

This service is ideal for clients who are comfortable with virtual communication, online shopping and don't mind DIY or hiring their own contractors.

Our e-design service is offered at a flat fee and allows you to have flexible timelines and budgets for your project. Since you will be responsible for purchases and installation, you have the flexibility of making all the purchases at once or buying the items over time and installing at your own pace.

We will collaborate with you via email and view your Pinterest board or other photos to understand your vision.
Delivery of design plans
You will be provided with custom design plans (including a design board, shopping list & floor plans/drawings) that you can execute at your own pace. Up to two revisions are included.

1. How do you determine the design fee?

Yes, we will take any existing furniture or pieces into consideration

6. What items are included in the design plan?

9. How long does it take to receive the design plan?

Approximately 4 weeks, depending on client feedback and revisions

10. What happens if items in the design plan become out-of-stock?

We will source replacements for any item that becomes out-of-stock within the first month after design plan delivery, free of charge

11. Can I make changes after I receive the design plan?

Yes, we are offering kitchen or bathroom refresh such as colour palette selection, cabinetry hardware, lighting, accessories, rugs & furniture
